At Farbe Surface Technologies
By accepting the given outlined terms and conditions, we are committed to facilitating a seamless and efficient process for installing, initiating the operation, and ensuring the ongoing functioning of your plant. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please feel free to reach out to us. We are here to support you every step of the way.
Prices
Our prices are ex-works in Faridabad for any dispatches made by us. Alternatively, items may be dispatched from our sub-suppliers' works/stores in India for equipment ordered by us, sent directly to the destination.
Taxes
GST: A Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 18% will be applied to installation charge
Other Taxes: Any other applicable taxes at the time of execution, and excise will be charged extra as per actuals at the time of dispatch.
During Trials & Commissioning
1. Industrial Water: Initial fill quantity of industrial water is required, including for the booth tank and paint sludge pit unit.
2. Chemicals and Additives: All necessary chemicals and additives must be provided.
3. Paint and Compressed Air: Supplies of paint and compressed air should be ensured.
4. Fuels: Fuels required for the heating system must be arranged.
5. Welding Equipment: Welding set, welding rods, cutting wheels, grinding wheels, and other consumables needed for commencing the plant.
6. Electricity: Adequate electricity supply required during trials and commissioning.
Offer Validity
Offer is valid for your acceptance for a period of one month from the date of the offer.
Life of the Plant
Expected Lifespan: The plant is designed to have a lifespan of 10 years, provided that the maintenance schedule outlined in our operation manual is followed.
Warranty
Warranty Period: Our equipment comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of supply or from the date of commissioning, whichever is agreed upon at the time of finalization.
Inspection Visits: The warranty includes 3 visits by our supervisor for plant inspection.
Insurance
Transit Insurance: Insurance for transit is not included in our price. It is the responsibility of the buyer to arrange for transit insurance.
Terms Of Payment
I. Advance Payment: 50% of the order value is required as an advance payment upon order confirmation.
II. Pre-Dispatch Payment: 45% of the order value to be paid through bank against dispatch of documents or proforma prior to dispatch, inclusive of all taxable amounts.
III. Post-Commissioning Payment: 5% of the order value to be paid after the commissioning of the plant.
Power Supply
Electrical Supply Requirements: The plant requires a 3-phase, 4-wire electrical supply with specifications of 415 V and 50 Hz.
Wiring Responsibilities:Electrical supply cabling and earth wiring up to all our control panels in the paint shop are to be arranged.
Delivery
1. Your Order will be prepared for delivery approximately within 6 weeks from the date of our confirmation of your order with the advance payment.
2. The installation of the plant will require an additional 6 weeks.
